- We strongly recommend a no photography / no filming approach unless explicitly agreed by all guests
- Events must remain legal, consensual, and respectful at all times (zero tolerance for harassment or non-consensual behaviour)
- The skipper and crew reserve the right to intervene or end the charter if safety, compliance, or guest welfare is compromised
