Great days at sea don’t happen by accident - they’re crewed. Our team blends calm seamanship with warm, intuitive hospitality so your charter feels effortless, safe and genuinely enjoyable.

From the first welcome on the dock to the final farewell, we host with quiet precision: anticipating what you need before you ask, keeping service flowing seamlessly, and creating an atmosphere that’s relaxed, discreet and polished. Whether you’re entertaining clients or celebrating with friends, you’ll feel completely looked after - so you can simply settle in and enjoy Seafin.

How We Host

  • Safety-first, always: Professional, highly trained crew with clear briefings and quiet, confident handling.
  • Discreet service: Present when you need us, invisible when you don’t.
  • Watersports made easy: Jet skis, paddleboards and high-speed RIB rides supervised by qualified instructors.
  • Heritage cared for: We love this classic yacht and maintain her meticulously—because details matter.

Steph

Operations & Events Manager, First Mate

Your day, orchestrated end-to-end. A keen sailor and racer, Steph blends event planning with seamanship, run-of-day flow, crew choreography, safety, and guest care, so everything feels seamless. Beyond the day job: when she’s not on Seafin, Steph is on (or under) the water, sailing, yacht racing, ocean crossings, and diving. That love of the sea shows up in her work: she plans and delivers events with every box ticked, leads the team with calm authority, and obsesses over the details that guests remember - timing, table settings, pacing, playlists, and golden-hour moments. As manager of the crew and events, she’s the quiet engine room of your perfect day.
